1 big project accomplished: online translation tool development in 3 Asian languages for IT-startup
 HR-function for the project (hired 3 translation interns – Mandarin, Japanese, Korean languages)
 Re-united them into Asian market oriented sub-unit team in order to optimize common problem solving process
 As a team leader trained them to use the unique ListGlobally translation tool and write necessary SQL requests
 Elaborated detailed weekly plan for each intern under 6 months deadline constraint which allowed to save 20% more time for accomplishing supplementary missions (such as commercial brochures’ translations in target languages and internet site translation)
 Controlled all stages of their work: filling in the real estate glossary (concept translation), writing SQL requests and finally testing all written requests.
 Served as an intermediate agent between translation team in Paris and web development one in Lausanne

 Real estate glossary filled in Russian language (about 2000 concepts extracted)

 Suggested an idea to create filter concepts to exclude all illegal content including real estate advertisements and prepared a list of those concepts for web developers
